What cases go to the High Court, how to file and key procedures

File the court papers at the High Court Registry and pay the filing fees.
The court papers must be served on the defendant/respondent through the Sheriff of the High Court.
After the defendant files their response, there may be discovery (exchange of documents), pre-trial conferences, and other procedures before the trial or hearing.
The case is heard by a High Court judge. Both parties present evidence and arguments. The judge delivers a judgment.
